Lodging:
Our host hotel is the Intercontinental DC Wharf. Your 3 night stay is being covered by Alfred Street Baptist Church (Room & Tax Only). You are required to cover incidentals as well as any other room charges. We recommend flying into Ronald Reagan Washington Airport (DCA) or arriving by train to Union Station.
Airport/Train Station Information:
The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from Reagan Airport (DCA) and Union Station.
Registration:
Registration will be on the 2nd floor of the host hotel outside the Waterside Ballroom on Sunday, August 4th from 3pm-9pm. You can come at any time during this window to pick up your conference materials.Registration will be on the 12th floor on Sunday, August 4th from 3pm-9pm . Once you've checked in to your room, feel free to come up to this area between those hours to get your conference materials.
Meals:
Breakfast & lunch will be provided each day. There will be an evening welcome reception on Sunday, August 4th on the 2nd floor in the Waterside Ballroom from 7pm-9pm. Heavy apps and beverages will be provided. We encourage all attendees to make travel arrangements that will allow you be present for the welcome reception.
Attire:
The attire for The Convening is business casual.
